Cervical dysplasia and cervical intraepithelial carcinoma is named cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. In our study it was performed collum punch biopsy in 510 case. Of these, 133 cases were classified as cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, 22 cases were classified as invasive carcinoma. 104 cases were found cytological atypical cells and in 92 cases results of cytological findings were confirmed by tissue diagnosis and true positive rate was calculated % 88,4. The incidence of cervical intraepithelial carcinoma was estimated % 4,5 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
