Stromal inflammation, tumor dimensions, necrosis, regional lymph node metastasis relation with histologic grade at the breast carcinomas: In this study were used one hundred and thirty-five breast carcinomas that were sent to pathology department of GATA Haydarpaşa Education Hospital between 1985 and 1990.These carcinomas were examined for tumor dimensions, classification of tumor type, histologic grade, stromal inflammation, tumor necrossis and lymph node metastasis. These findings were evaluated qualitatively and statistically. Thus, we observed that stromal inflammation, tumor dimensions, tumor necrosis, lymph node metastasis increased when histologic grade was poor. Also, our findings were evaluated statistically.
