Twenty-nine cases of primary fibrohistiocytic bone tumors are reported. Ten cases (34 %) of non-ossifying fibroma, 6 cases (% 20) of fibrous cortical defect, 4 cases (14 %) of desmoplastic fibroma, 4 cases (14 %) of malignant fibrous histiocytoma and 1 case (0.4 %) of fibroxanthomatous giant-cell tumor are reviewed with respect to their pathologic radiologic and clinical features.
