LEIMYOSARCOMA OF THE SPERMATIC CORD

Malignant tumors of the spermatic cord are rare neoplasms and 90% of thoseare malignant mezenchymal tumors. Well differentiated malignant mesenchymal tumors are easy to define but it's difficult to make a final diagnosis in less differentiated ones. In our case, with the aid of routine methods, differential diagnosis could not be made in a malignant tumor located at the spermatic cord of a 68 year old patients. The diagnosis of leimyosarcoma was established after using some special stains and immunohistochemistry.
