A COMPARISON OF THE ULTRASTRUCTURAL CHANGES IN INVASIVE LOBULAR AND INVASIVE DUCTAL CARNINOMAS OF THE BREAST

In a previous study, electronmicroscopic features of two different types of ductal carcinoma were comparatively studied by us. We could encounter only one study about the comparative investigation of mammary lobular carcinoma in the literature. So, we found it suitable to have such a study. In this electronmicroscopic study, the similarities and differences between the ultrastructural features of an invasive lobular carcinoma and not otherwised (NOS) invasive ductal carcinoma are submitted and the results are compared with those in the literature.
