Abstract
Mucoepidermoid tumors of the lung one uncommon, with only 50 such cases have been reported. The degree of malignancy still a subject of discussion. However, fatal cases with metastases have been reported; later survey reports show cases, all of which have of a pronounced malignant nature. One case reported hare involved rapidly growing malignant tumor. It was remorkable to note that the tumor of highest differantiation had metastasized. We have concluded that mucoepidermoid lung tumors are malignant lesions that grow fairly rapidly.
