In this report, the experience and treatment results of RT with water bolus in the case who has widespread skin lesions on her distal extremity with a diagnosis of Kaposi's sarcoma has been presented in the light of retrospective series. The findings in our case who has widespread skin lesions on her hands and foots with a diagnosis of Kaposi's sarcoma is considered that the single fraction 800 cGy RT with water bolus is effective, easy to apply and tolerable treatment.
