In this study 24 cases of tubulolobular carcinoma of the breast detected by biopsy material of Istanbul faculty of Medicine Department of Pathology between the years 1981 and 1985 were studied. The age range varied between 32 and 70, with an average of 48.5 years prominently in the 5th and 6th decades. The tumor were in the right breast in 11 cases and in the left in 13 cases. In cases where we could study the entire tumor mass, tumor size varied between 1 and 10 cm In all 6 cases in which we studied axillary lymph ganglions, metastases were found.
