Abstract
Many disease's first clues could be detected in dermis. If skin lesions are immediately resulted with prompt medical consultation, many skin conditions in children could be diagnosed during early periods. Herein a boy with Juvenile chronic myelomonositer leukemia (JMML), followed-up as Sweet Syndrome for 8 month period, in whom hepatosplenomegaly and cytopenia diagnosed after skin lesions, is presented. Skin lesion and relation with malignansies are overviewed and myelodisplasia which are rarely seen in childhood and hardly diagnosed if the the disease not suspected, are mentioned.
