We have studied 28 patients with malignancy in whom two-dimensional echocardiography was applied to demonstrate cardiac involvement. 24 of them had no complaints, the other 4 patients had dispnea. We demonstrated 3 pericardial, 2 endocardial involvement. As malignant tumors may invade the heart, two dimensional echocardiographic examination should be performed, if cardiac involvement is suspected. The information gained will guide the clinician in the follow-up of these patients.
