Quality of life concept in pediatric oncology patients

Abstract
Today, medical researches on the quality of life are conducted
in order to assess the efficiency of medical initiatives and
their side effects in order to improve the quality of life of
patients before and after the treatment processes, and thus
they target reorienting health policies. It is considered that
determining the psychosocial susceptibilities of the patients as
well as their biological susceptibilities, and planning and c o nducting
the needed initiatives accordingly will be positively
instrumental for the progress of the treatment by improving
the quality of life of both children and their families.
