In this study the value of adjuvant chemotherapy, the superiority of various combinations, and the role of second look operation in forty cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma has been evaluated and discussed. It was found that adjuvant chemotherapy provides better results and especially cisplatinium and hexamethylmelamine combination is superior to all of them. Besides, the value of surgical staging and second look operation has been confirmed.
