The records of evaluable 50 Stage I and II A/B pure testicular seminoma patients treated at Hacettepe University Hospitals, Department of Radiotherapy between January 1971 and December 1980 are reviewed. The 10 year actuarial disease-free survival rate is 97 %, 83 % and 70 % for Stage I, II A and II B respectively. The treatment approaches for early stage pure testicular seminomas are discussed and our results introduced.
