In this study, thirtyone patients with epithelial carcinoma and eleven patients with in-Situ carcinoma of epibulber conjunktiva were retrospectively analysed and the treatment results of 31 patients who compleated follow-up were presented. All of the patients received radiotherapy at Istanbul.University, Oncology Centre between the years of 1975-1985.The patients who had completed follow-up received the following treatments. Ten patients by combined treatment (surgical operation and postoperative radiotherapy) modality. Local control rate of tumors is 87%. Only four patients (13%) had local recurrences. These were seen 2nd, 12th, 64th, and71 st. monts after the treatment. Patients with local recunrrences were retreated by surgical operation or reirradiation. Only one patient (3%) died from recurrent tumor.
