Abstract
Three patients with MGTN followed in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Çukurova University Medical Faculty as an inpatient between 1986-1988 were evaluated. One of the cases had good prognosis MTN and she had excellent cooporation with the therapy team. With regard to other two patients although they had molar evacuation in the same department they had no cooperation at all. When they applied two years time after evacuation of molar pregnancy they had poor prognosis MGTN with even liver and brain metastasis. These two patients were dead within such a short time prior to initiation of causative therapy. It is concluded that to have a good success in the therapy of the MGTN multidisciplinary approach in a special center by the trained squad is not the only parameter but a good cooperation is also compulsory.
