969 cases with breast carcinoma who applied to the Department of Radiation Oncology of Istanbul Medical Faculty of Istanbul University between the years 1970 and 1981 have been assessed according to the histopathological, surgical, and clinical characteristics. Our findings have been compared with those of the former studies. We focused on particularly the clinical development of the disease.
