Abstract
Since better regional control has been achieved with conventional therapy modalities, patients with laryngeal cancer are now surviving longer. Distant metastases now appear to be a limiting factor in ultimate cure of patients Once distant metastases have been diagnosed the average expectation of life is not more than one year. The most common sites of involvement are; pulmonary system, skeletal system, liver, mediastinum and brain. In aggressive tumors multiple metastases can be seen. In this article we report a case of laryngeal cancer with multiple organon involvement.
