Neuroblastoma is originated from neural crest and is the third in frequency of pediatric tumors, it secrets hormones and generally metastasize very early and this event is the reason for various clinical presentations. With regard of two cases, which we treated as different diseases and then revealed neorublastoma, the clinical, picture of this entity is considered, and the recent literature is reviewed.
