MALIGN HEMANGIOPERICYTOMA: AN UNUSUAL CASE

Malign HPS is a seldom soft tissue tumor that is composed of pericytes encircling capillaries. We could not make a definitive diagnosis by using all imaging techniques in a patient who hard a tumoral mass in the retroperitoneum. We made a definitive diagnosis of the lesion after excision of the tumor totally by histologic examination (Malign HPS). Malign HPS makes distal metastases frequently. So close follow-up of the patient is essential.
