Abstract
Thymoma is the most common adult tumor of mediastinum. But thymic carcinomas are rare tumors of the anterior mediastinum and histologically malignant neoplasm. Most patients have a rapidly fatal clinical course. In this case report, a rare case of thymic lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma is presented and the related literature reviewed.
