Abstract
Malignant histiocytosis is conceived as a systemic neoplastic proliferation of cells of histiocytic origin. Malignant histiocytosis is classified in Class III histiocytosis. In this case the patient with malignant histiocytosis who had fever, lymphadenopaty associated splenomegaly and hepatomegaly was presented.
