11 cases of Childhood thyroid carcinoma those were diagnosed, treated and followed between 1980-1985 were studied retrospectively. Childhood index among 513 thyroid cases needed surgery was found to be 4,6. %.In this 24 case series. Carcinoma-index was 45,8.%. In our study, discussion and evaluation of diagnosis, surgical approach and morphological aspects of thyroid carcinomas were done.
