In this study, the surgical methods of treatment which were performed in our clinic for chondrosarcomas have been evaluated. According to this (Surgical Staging System) system, along with the histopathologic structure, the anatomic localization, the grade and clinical progress have great importance on planning the treatment. In order to plan the the surgical intervation in advance and to evaluate the final result ."Surgical Staging System" has to be used in treating chondrosarcomas.
