The results of 350 lymph node biopsies performed in the clinics of Pediatric Surgery of the Medical Faculty Medical Faculty of İstanbul,during the years 1982 and 1987. are discussed retrospectively. The histopatholojic results are as follows: Specific infection %52.2 simple lymphoid hyperplasia %27.8 and neoplsam %20.0. BCG lymphadenitis comprises %40.3 of the cases.
