Associate Professor Seyfettin Kuter being doyen of medical
physics in our country lost his life on July 11, 2015. Seyfettin
Kuter, who had been grown up as the first medical physicist
of Turkey, broke many grounds in sense of the achievement,
and provided that medical physics unfolded as a separate discipline
in our country and many persons have trained in this
discipline during he has been working at Istanbul University,
Institute of Radiology and the clinic between 1953 and 1993.
In this study, it will be given a short biography that should be
an exemplary life-story for young generations.
